I love this cookbook, as I have one already I gave it to my sister. I do 5:2 method & I’ve had outstanding results so far.

This zoom was incredibly helpful to me. My issues have been consistency and self-sabotage for a while now and although I know in theory what I am doing, I keep doing it! The zoom was not only a workshop run by Vic, but the input from fellow members was enlightening as well. The format was very well run and I came away with lots of 'food for thought' and strategies to be going on with. Thanks to all involved and particularly Vic for giving so much of her time and love. I love my new water bottle, easy for grab and go. The choc brownie shake is delicious n filling. I love making smoothy bowls with it, just add chia seeds, avocado and your favourite fruit!

I found the master class very informative and the inactions of our beautiful community very special. I a lot of what was shared resonated with me. The SFD vanilla Protein Powder is yummy! So creamy & beautiful mixed with fruit. Keeps me full & stops the snacking!! My husband has it as well now 😄
