I love this cookbook, as I have one already I gave it to my sister. I do 5:2 method & I’ve had outstanding results so far.

This zoom was incredibly helpful to me. My issues have been consistency and self-sabotage for a while now and although I know in theory what I am doing, I keep doing it! The zoom was not only a workshop run by Vic, but the input from fellow members was enlightening as well. The format was very well run and I came away with lots of 'food for thought' and strategies to be going on with. Thanks to all involved and particularly Vic for giving so much of her time and love. This workshop was one of Victoria’s best. She provided useful information whilst also encouraging participation and providing the participants sufficient time to interact. She is a compassionate and thoughtful leader.

I didn’t get to join the event but I watched the whole class later and found it very informative and quite a few things I can take on board to help me with my goal of losing some weight for my health

I love my new water bottle, easy for grab and go. The choc brownie shake is delicious n filling. I love making smoothy bowls with it, just add chia seeds, avocado and your favourite fruit!

I found the master class very informative and the inactions of our beautiful community very special. I a lot of what was shared resonated with me. I was unable to attend live so watched the replay, I would have liked to have access to all the comments. Is there any way I can see these. Thank you for such a wonderful Masterclass

The SFD vanilla Protein Powder is yummy! So creamy & beautiful mixed with fruit. Keeps me full & stops the snacking!! My husband has it as well now 😄

This protein is super tasty on its own or in a smoothie. It mixes well and keeps me very full!
