Get ready to identify your core strengths, so you can use them more often!

Over the last decade or so, psychology has undergone a significant shift towards what’s come to be known as “Positive Psychology”. One of the most profound changes has involved a greater focus on what’s right, rather than what’s wrong; whereas traditional approaches mostly worked on identifying people’s weaknesses and then tried to help them overcome these faults and failings, Positive Psychology acknowledges these, but also notes that everyone has strengths and that utilising these can have powerful consequences.

In fact, research clearly shows that those who’re more familiar with their strengths, those positive attributes they naturally possess, and those who find ways to use them each and every day are happier and more successful in life.

So, today’s lesson is designed to help you identify your top strengths because we can’t use our strengths if we don’t know what they are and sadly, too few people are aware of or clear about where their core strengths lie.

And the good news is there’s a free and simple survey you can do that will provide you with a report ranking your strengths in order; it’s that simple.

So just click on the following link and answer the questions as openly and honestly as you can:

Next week, we’ll be working on understanding these strengths and utilising them more often.
