A great way to see if SFD suits you

I found this really helpful. It was great way to see if intermittent fasting was something I could do. I was also able to look around the online tools and get comfortable with them . I'd recommend you try SFD with this offer. I've stayed with SFD and finding the SFD community to be very supportive.
